Fresh Raw Almond Milk

🥛 I have been making fresh almond milk for more than three decades... and as fun as it is to use it in a raw eggnog or smoothies or any number of other possibilities... it is never better than just straight up fresh made "virgin" almond milk.

🥛 I soaked the almonds overnight and then put them and about four times as much water (I use 9.5pH water) in my Blendtec blender - The Best Blender
🥛 I Blended the almonds and water up... and strained it all through my Blendtec BOGO Nut Milk bag. I love this nut milk bag because it is so big and the mesh is perfect for just one pour through.
🥛 It is way easier to quickly strain through a bag with more surface area. I strain into my large stainless bowl... and then pour it into the pitcher... pour myself a big glass full... and then into the fridge with the rest of this amazing fresh raw almond milk.
🥛 As great as store bought nut milks may be... once you go fresh made... you will never want to go back.
